Free eye tests
Those aged 60 or over are eligible for a free eye test every 24 months. In addition, if you’ve been diagnosed with either type of diabetes, you can get a free annual eye test.
If you or your partner receive the guarantee credit part of Pension Credit, you’re also automatically entitled to a voucher towards the cost of glasses or contact lenses.
